customers in the development of customized IT solutions and ready-to-use IoT applications. Subscription-based cloud offerings for soft?and hardware as well as platforms for cybersecurity, IoT, virtualization and AI are the focus of the Service area.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of product Feature/Business processes expansion and harmonization within ALSO.
Perform Discovery and fit-gap analysis between different systems and different business processes.
Acknowledge and establish measurements for current product state.
Manage and communicate the strategic product roadmap based on customer and market needs.
Orchestrate all possible request and need channels relevant to the team's service scope.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish prioritization guidelines and proactively manage theproduct backlog.
Validate business cases with stakeholders and ensure preliminary evaluation of business impact foreach request.
Define the scope of each request with stakeholders and ensure smooth team operations.
Make selection between huge variety of features with most impact to business and product.
Regular reporting of delivery and product state to stakeholders.
Ensure the product quality by monitoring the state of product and create reports.
Identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and execute business initiatives to increasecustomer reach.
Mentor other product owners in the team showing example of best practices
Quarterly planning organisation
Be part of customer research, both reseller partners & end users
Develop and present plans to improve the platform.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance customer needs, market trends, and company objectives.
Experience with platform development, integration, and scalability.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
