Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

• Leading and managing a team of marketing specialists

• Managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaign costs

• Analyzing marketing data and making decisions based on KPIs and ROIs

• Working closely with other departments to ensure integrated marketing strategies

• Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends

• Maintaining relationships with partners, vendors, agencies, and industry media

• Reporting marketing activities to the management board

Your Profile:

• Experience in marketing, with a managerial role

• Has practical knowledge about B2B Market and IT industry

• Strong leadership skills, Excellent communication skills

• Creativity and innovative approach in Marketing Strategies

• Knowledge of Polish Market, Content Marketing and Automation Tools

• Fluency in English & Polish
