Marketing Automations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Support developing and implementing automated marketing strategies across the full funnel, including nurture and lead generation campaigns. This includes designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize daily operational requests to support global Marketo operations. Ensure smooth and efficient handling of all automation-related tasks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Set up and maintain automated programs to meet the marketing objectives of various teams and ensure alignment and effectiveness of automation strategies.
  • Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of automations and reports. Continuously monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Perform regular data cleanups to ensure data integrity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Marketo system to support effective marketing efforts.
  • Cover backend development tasks related to Marketo. Utilize technical skills to enhance and customize the Marketo platform to meet specific business needs.
  • Collaborate and engage with Marketing peers in local teams to lead them to successful marketing campaigns.
  • Drive Best Practices within the automation team and stakeholders with Marketo and its features.
  • Participate in improvements and investigations of new features/developments to enhance the usage of Marketo in the group.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Marketo, including hands-on setup and maintenance of automated marketing programs.
  • Strong technical skills in backend development related to Marketo.
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Understanding of efficient marketing campaigns and full-funnel demand generation strategies.
  • Interest in processes and a good understanding of technical aspects
  • Excellent organizational abilities, effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
