As a Sale Specialist at ALSO, you will be responsible for the growth of our Microsoft Security business. You will be responsible for defining, developing and supporting the process of selling Microsoft Security solutions. The successful candidate will have strong technology expertise, advanced analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of the cloud market to help our customers grow their business, defining appropriate technical solutions that can bring ALSO to new markets. In this role, you will also be part of a virtual, dynamic and growing team.
Description:
- Develop sales via the ALSO Cloud Marketplace (turnover, number of resellers, etc.)
- Be the leading sales point of Cloud offerings for resellers and assist them in architecting security solutions utilizing tools like MS Defender, Sentinel, Pureview and other Microsoft components.
- Make the sales pitch for Cloud offerings according to customer typology.
- Ensure tight follow-up and collaboration with the account management team.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and effective incident management with the support team.
- Analyze and develop new cloud offerings according to ALSO's priorities and market trends.
- Regular follow-up with vendors and our European (Center of Competence) team.
- Conduct regular training, webinars and workshops internally (local team) and externally (resellers).
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or CFGS and minimum of 2 years of experience in selling or integrating cloud services.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (hosting, IaaS, SaaS) with proven experience in the IT sector.
- Knowledge of Microsoft (O365, Azure, Exchange Server, Windows Server) and IT infrastructure (on-premise, cloud and hybrid).
- Strong team spirit with the ability to engage in a multi-functional virtual team
- Curiosity, proactivity and continuous learning mentality.
- Professional communication skills (oral and written).
- Very good skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel in particular).
- SAP, Power BI and CRM skills are highly appreciated.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Occasional travels in Spain and Europe.
- Certifications from Microsoft are highly valued.
