The ALSO Cloud Marketplace (ACMP) is a one-stop marketplace that unites independent software vendors (ISVs) with thousands of resellers and their end customers. This comprehensive platform offers resellers a range of sales, reporting, provisioning, billing, self-protection and support services, making it quick and easy for them to choose from a vast portfolio of thousands of software and cloud services and sell to their end customers. ISVs are a rapidly growing part of ACMP's business. These subscription-based software vendors have their localized offering available across Europe, serving a range of verticals, creating value for resellers to bundle opportunities to increase ease of use for their customers.

Description:

As a Cloud Account Manager at ALSO, you will be responsible the growth of our Service business, capturing new customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships that enable business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales specialists teams to maximize the success and deliver business value to help our customers grow their business. In this role, you will also be part of a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales via the ALSO Cloud Marketplace (turnover, number of resellers, etc.)
  • Be the leading key contact for your customers to build strong relationships.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and develop existing resellers working alongside sales specialists.
  • Hunt emerging and growing accounts to secure new business and expand our customer base
  • Active outbound/inbound calls, quote preparation and order processing.
  • Make the sales pitch for Cloud offerings according to customer typology.
  • Regular follow-up with local sales and marketing management.
  • Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment

Qualifications, skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling cloud services.
  • Proven track record in sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
  • Analytical skills, with excellent understanding of margin and sales.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and continuous learning mindset.
  • Professional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • SAP, Power BI and CRM skills are highly appreciated.
  • Fluent in Spanish and conversational level in English.
