4. Access to the ALSO “SHOP” website

By accessing the website, the Reseller is accepting the conditions and access procedures provided in these Terms and Conditions for use of ALSO Finland “SHOP” website (SHOP). Access to the SHOP is provided by means of a unique e-mail address for the Reseller and a password, all forming a unique Access CODE for each Reseller.

Unless and until the date the Reseller contests in writing, ALSO may assume that the persons who have been designated user by the Reseller as well as the persons using the related Access CODE have the power to act on behalf and on account of the Reseller.

4.1. Confidentiality of the Access CODES

The Reseller is responsible to keep Access CODES confidential and avoid any misconduct with regards to the use of the Access CODES. The Reseller assumes sole responsibility for the consequences of disclosing the assigned ACCESS CODES. Reseller shall not disclose or transfer the ACCESS CODES to any third party or in other ways make them publicly accessible. These ACCESS CODES make it possible to identify the Reseller and the persons designated to represent the Reseller. The Reseller further explicitly acknowledges that the use of ACCESS CODES constitutes irrefutable proof of its identity. ALSO shall not be liable for any damages resulting from any abuse of any Access CODES.

4.2. Abuse of Access CODES

In case the Resellers should discover that their Access CODES has unintentionally been made accessible to any unauthorized and/or third party or that there might exist any danger of misuse, Reseller shall immediately inform ALSO in writing. ALSO shall then take the measures to block the respective Access CODE. Upon an application of the Reseller and after a danger of misuse is averted, ALSO can unblock the Access CODE.

4.3. TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MULTI-FACTORS AUTHENTICATION)

As additional safety measure for ALSO webshop, ALSO provides Resellers with a security tool via two-factor authentication, also called multi-factor authentication (MFA). ALSO may, for security reasons, require Resellers to use the two-factor authentication tool, which consist of entering a security code communicated via SMS or via an authentication application.

4.4. LIMITATION OF ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

While ALSO provides Reseller with an access to the website, ALSO as well reserves the rights to limit, modify, remove access to the website and/or change the conditions for access to the website without prior notice.
