The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program (CSP) is designed to give partners direct management over their customers’ entire Microsoft cloud lifecycle. Becoming a partner gives you dedicated tools to directly provision, manage, and support your customer subscriptions.
There are two versions of CSP, the Direct model and the Indirect model. The Direct model is for those businesses with a comprehensive set-up capable of delivering end-to-end ownership of the customer relationship.
This route requires businesses to have a complete infrastructure that can handle everything from sales and marketing to cloud provisioning, management, and support –– and this isn’t always feasible. On the other hand, the Indirect model allows partners to work with an Indirect CSP partner, like ALSO, who can provide the all the tools and resources necessary to fully manage their customer relationships.
