For product search we know mainly two different search methods - specific and non-specific search.

Order confirmation As an option, you can use the "collective order" function - this allows you to place a binding order for scarce goods without triggering direct processing and delivery. This gives you the opportunity to add more items throughout the day and save freight costs! A collective order is either released by you or automatically put into delivery at 16h. In the video on the right side we describe for you in more detail how you can use the collective order.
Order tracking - more than just order status!
Of course we would like to inform you extensively about the status of your orders at ALSO. But order tracking provides you with more than just info on how far along the processing of your order is.

In order to increase the performance of the search query, only order header data is initially displayed. By clicking on the small arrow in front of the line, however, you can have the details and order items displayed at any time.
As a result, you will see the delivery times for the open items, you will find the scanned serial numbers for the ordered goods, and you can view the delivery status of the products that have already been delivered - all the way to the delivery receipt from the carrier / parcel service.
In addition, a document information system is integrated here, which means you have convenient access to all delivery bill and invoice documents in PDF format.
You probably know our attribute filter function in the product search - it helps you in most cases to find the right product. The advisors go one step further and focus on special filters of category-specific product attributes.

Ordering licenses - made easy!
The license business is complex and unfortunately often leads to incorrect orders. Reversing license orders takes a lot of time and effort for all parties involved.
For this reason, we would like to support you with our in the best possible way to identify the right license version and to avoid wrong orders.

Contract processing
For many specialist dealers, project business is an important pillar of their business. Of course, we also offer you access to all contract-relevant information and ordering options in the online store.
You will find a corresponding button on the right side of the search result or a tab on the product detail page. Here you can conveniently select the appropriate end customer contract to which you would like to refer with this order and simply order online with other items - whether with contract reference or not.
Alternatively, you can use the general access to contract processing to first select the desired project and then add the products to be called off to the shopping cart in the details displayed.
You can also combine several contracts in one shopping cart - so you can effectively save freight costs!
