Channel Trends+Visions has its roots in Germany, Bochum. Since the beginning it has been one of the largest ICT Events in the DACH Region.
More than 40.000 participants over the last 14 years enjoyed impressive and individual exhibition booths from vendors, interesting and eye-opening ALSO topics with new business opportunities, an arena full of lectures and speakers, networking possibilities and a great afterwork-party.
In 2020 we had to develop an online format due to the pandemic. In a very short space of time, the ALSO Team managed to create a virtual CTV, enabling partners to still enjoy all of the benefits of the event but in a virtual way.
In 2021 we continued with our virtual format, to avoid any travel risk for our visitors and vendors, by ensuring they have easy access to the event. More than 10.000 visitors, over 100 vendors in all countries, 300 presentations: the ALSO CTV 2021 on 19. May was a great example of the channel's interest, open-mindedness and future orientation.

Our ALSO Spotlight is a virtual event, smaller than the CTV and more locally led. Spotlight 2020 focused largely on Cloud and new digital platforms, 2021’s focus is tbc but there will be opportunity for all to take part.

Every year in November Soest starts the best time of the year - the All Saints' Fair begins. The mega event in Soest!
There are 400 showmen on an area of 50,000 square meters. Various rides and attractions are on offer. The fair attracts around 1,000,000 visitors over five days. So it is getting crowded on the streets and squares of the historic old town. Every Wednesday we celebrate the legendary fair party with our manufacturers, customers and employees in the Christ brewery tent.
