Key Account Manager & Large Account Team Lead

Helsinki or Tampere, Hybrid

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager & Large Account Team Lead to join our dynamic sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our customer base through a focused and segmented organization, ensuring accessibility with short response times, and possessing a deep understanding and competence in customer needs. Additionally, as a Large Account Team Lead, you will oversee the large account team, driving sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all key client matters.
  • Anticipate client needs and work within the company to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Lead and mentor the large account team to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing and empowering a team.
